Trademark checkup fee:
Chinese or English words - 200RMB(~25USD$)/each ; Figure - 300RMB(~37.5USD$)/each
Trademark registration fee:
Total- 2400RMB(~300USD$)/each (1 Class and 10 sub-catetories) [ Call us to get all Class List ]
If exceed 10 sub-catetories, extra 100RMB(~12.5USD$)/sub-catetories
*Duration of the Trademark: first time is 10 years, if you extend it after then, it becomes permanent.
About Payment:
(1) All payment should be settled up before the application submitted.
(2) Cost above not inculding the translation fee
(3) If your trademark application was rejected by government, it will cost extra fee for re-submit.
(4) If the applicant stop the registration in the middle, payment can not be refund.
(5) Only USD or RMB are acceptable
