8． 租房协议复印件

9． 出租方营业执照加盖出租方公章或产权证复印件加盖产权单位公章或提供购房协议复印件、购房发票复印件、大厦销售许可证复印件加盖开发商公章
Ownership certificate with the seal of the owner (or copy of office purchase contract, copy of purchase receipts and the sales permit of the developer with his seal on it if there is no ownership certificate)

2. Two introductory letters are needed if the chief representative or the representatives are local Chinese
3. The documents have to be translated into Chinese if they are in foreign languages
