1. 企业法人营业执照，批准证书（复印件加盖公章）
Copies of the business license and approval of the company to be stamped with the company seal
2. 聘用申请报告
Application for the employment of the employee
3. 聘用议向书（聘用副总经理以上职位的，还须提供企业董事会决议及章程）
Letter of intent for the employment of the employee (For those who will be deputy-managers or the higher positions, the resolution of the board of directors and the articles of association of the company should be provided.)
4．体检证明复印件
Copy of the medical-check report of the employee
5. 护照复印件
Copy of the passport of the employee
6. 学历证书（需译成中文并加盖公章）
Diploma of the employee which should be translated into Chinese if it is in a foreign language and should be sealed with the stamp of the translation company
7. 个人简历
Resume of the employee
8. 外国人就业申请表一张（单位盖章）
Application Form to be filled in and sealed with the stamp of the employer
9. 2寸蓝底免冠照片1张
One 2-inch photo with blue background
10.委托书
An authorization letter to be sealed with the stamp of the employer
